40 Fingers

The quartet 40 Fingers – a mesmerizing group of guitarists making an international career in crossover music – are visiting Poland for the first time. Both critics and audiences consider them a phenomenon, enchanting with their masterful interpretations of rock and pop hits. The concerts of 40 Fingers will take place on February 5 in Poznań and the following day in Kraków. This is a unique opportunity to hear the musicians whose virtuosity has already won the hearts of listeners around the world live.

40 Fingers is a phenomenal Italian guitar quartet that has taken social media by storm with millions of views globally. They masterfully rearrange and interpret famous pop, rock, and Latin American hits, as well as melodies from popular movies and TV series. The guitarists also embrace jazz and their own original compositions, seamlessly blending various genres. Queen featured their rendition of "Bohemian Rhapsody" on the band’s official website. The quartet has been recognized by other international music stars who have performed with them in duets or trios. They recorded a new version of "Bring on the Night" with Andy Summers from The Police, and, last year, shared the stage with Italian top tenor Andrea Bocelli and American singer Tori Kelly in a stunning performance of "Hallelujah."

The captivating performances by 40 Fingers include new interpretations of artists such as Astor Piazzolla, The Beatles, Eagles, Toto, Dire Straits, and Eric Clapton. Their passion for film music has led to well-known covers from "Star Wars," "Harry Potter," "The Last of the Mohicans," "Game of Thrones," and Disney productions.

The quartet was founded in 2017 and currently consists of Matteo Brenci, Emanuele Grafitti, Enrico Maria Milanesi, and Andrea Vittori. Each guitarist has a rich musical background and a diverse career path, but they are united by a shared passion for discovering new sounds that emerge from 40 fingers. The guitarists are known for their innovative sound and specialize in the fingerpicking technique (plucking the strings with fingers).

The quartet is gaining an ever-growing fanbase. Their concert tour in the United States, featuring 23 performances in clubs and theaters in major cities such as New York, Washington, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Nashville, and San Francisco, was a huge success. Their next tour, in Italy’s main cities, was also met with immense enthusiasm from the audience.

For 40 Fingers, the stage is their natural environment. They perform in a stunning visual setting, designed by some of Europe’s top lighting designers, inviting the audience on a journey beyond language and geographical boundaries to songs from various corners of the world.

The musical emotions brought by the quartet 40 Fingers – a band that redefines the classical guitar and amazes a growing number of people worldwide with every performance – are arriving in Poland next year. The concerts will take place on February 5 in Sala Ziemi Poznań Congress Center and on February 6 in ICE Kraków Congress Centre.
