Entrances

Gate 10 is the main entrance for everyone attending the concert. Once through the gate, the audience will be directed to the floor or to the stands in accordance with the signage around the stadium and the details shown on your ticket. (map)

Those walking to the concert from ul. Uczniowska (below al. Płażyńskiego), as well as those arriving from car park P4, should also head towards Gate 10.

Ticket office no. 2 at Gate 10 – collection of the gifts included in the VIP1, VIP2, VIP3 and VIP4 packages.

Information point

The information point will be located at ticket office no. 2, near Gate 10. It opens at 18:00.

Presenting tickets for scanning

Tickets may be presented either as a printout or electronically on a mobile device. We recommend downloading your ticket with its barcode to your device in advance.

Ticket sales on the day of the event

There will be no on-site ticket sales on the day of the event. Tickets remain on sale at www.biletserwis.pl.

Getting to the stadium

Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk is located at ul. Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk 1, in the Letnica district of Gdańsk.

Public transport

Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk can be reached by public transport:

Parking

On the day of the Andrea Bocelli concert, car parks in the vicinity of Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk will be available. They will be open from 10:00 on 14 August until 08:00 on 15 August. Please bear in mind that how quickly you are able to leave depends on how full the car park is. The locations of the car parks can be found on the map at https://biletserwis.pl/e/andrea-bocelli/. CAR PARK P4 Located on the grounds of Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk at ul. Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk 1 and on the grounds of the Gdańsk International Fair at ul. Żaglowa 11. The car park has 1,200 spaces; the ticket price is PLN 70 plus a service fee, for every type of vehicle.

CAR PARK P8 will be closed.

Visitors with disabilities holding a DISABLED PERSON’S PARKING CARD may use car park P5. Access is granted solely on presentation of a European Parking Card for People with Disabilities. Tickets for these spaces, priced at PLN 70, will be sold on site on the day of the concert.

Road closures

From 06:00 on 14 August until 06:00 the following day, two streets will be closed to public traffic: ul. Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk and ul. Żaglowa. The only access permitted will be to car park P4 from ul. Żaglowa, for holders of valid parking tickets.

Medical assistance

During the concert, fixed first aid points will be in operation at Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk, along with several mobile paramedic patrols.

Food and drink

Numerous food and drink outlets will be operating at the stadium during the event.

A larger outlet serving drinks and snacks for ticket holders on the floor will be located near the Fun Arena; on the floor itself only drinks outlets will be available. Visitors in the stands are served by the food and drink kiosks on the concourses. All sales will be cashless.

What you may not bring to the concert

The following may not be brought into the stadium: weapons of any kind, dangerous objects, umbrellas (only small folding umbrellas that fit into a handbag are permitted), explosives and pyrotechnics, pepper spray, narcotics and psychotropic substances, flammable liquids, alcohol, your own food and drink (including beverages), and audio or video recording equipment. Also prohibited are laser pointers, torches, flashing lights of any kind, cans, bottles, studded jewellery, perfume, long wallet chains, stun guns, glass objects, banners, instruments and mechanical devices for producing excessive sound and noise, glow bracelets and glow sticks containing toxic substances, as well as any other items which, in the opinion of the organiser or security staff, may pose a risk.

Small handheld fans are permitted.

Please note: small plastic bottles of water, up to 500 ml, may be brought in, provided the cap is unscrewed in the presence of security staff at the entrance.

Cameras

Cameras of all kinds, audio and video recording equipment, and any electronic devices (including tablets and GoPro cameras) which, in the opinion of the organiser or security staff, may obstruct other attendees’ view, are prohibited. Professional photographic equipment is likewise prohibited. Should these rules not be observed, the artist’s management reserves the right to confiscate the items listed above. Only mobile phones and small power banks may be brought in.

Left luggage

During the Andrea Bocelli concert, a left-luggage facility will be available in the security services van near Gate 10. The charge for leaving items is PLN 50.

Andrea Bocelli at PGE Narodowy — your concert essentials

Below is a summary of the most important practical and organisational information relating to the Andrea Bocelli concert taking place on 16 August 2026 at PGE Narodowy.

Schedule

Times are approximate. Final decisions on when the gates open and when the artist takes to the stage rest with the artist and his management.

The concert will be performed in two parts, with an interval of approximately 15 minutes in between.

Entrances

Gate 3 – for holders of floor tickets and of the VIP1, VIP2, VIP3 and VIP4 packages. A collection point for the merchandise included in the packages will be located near Gate 3.

Gates 2 and 11 – for holders of tickets for the stands.

Gate 5 – for holders of VIP stand tickets and West Box tickets.

Gate 1 – entrance for visitors with disabilities and for holders of East Box tickets. This is also the entry point for the underground car park, which may be used only by wheelchair users (on presentation of a valid disability card) and by East Box and West Box guests.

Information point

The information point will be located on the promenade, in a container near Gate 1. It serves visitors who already hold tickets and opens at 18:00.

PGE Narodowy is bounded by al. Ks. Poniatowskiego and the streets Zieleniecka, Siwca and Wybrzeże Szczecińskie. The location offers easy access by public transport, by train to Warszawa Stadion station, and by car.

Parking

Visitors travelling to the Andrea Bocelli concert by car, motorcycle, minibus or coach may use the car park on the PGE Narodowy grounds. Parking tickets can be bought online at www.sklep.pgenarodowy.pl. We recommend buying in advance, as there will be no on-site sales.

Please note: all vehicles must be removed from the car park by 01:00 on 17 August, as another event is being staged on the PGE Narodowy grounds.

Road closures

Any decision to close streets near PGE Narodowy to vehicle traffic will be taken by the police shortly before the event. We will announce this on Prestige MJM’s social media channels.

The roof

The roof is expected to be open on the day of the event, leaving the sky visible. The final decision will be made shortly before the concert.

Medical assistance

During the concert, three fixed first aid points will be in operation at PGE Narodowy: two by the lower tier, near sectors D18/D19 and C2/C3, and one by the upper tier, near sectors G29/G30. In addition, 11 mobile paramedic patrols will be moving around the event site.

Food and drink

Numerous food and drink outlets will be operating at the stadium during the event, on the lower and upper concourses and at floor level. They will be open throughout the event.
