- Definitions
- Website - a website run by the Ticket Agent at the internet address www.biletserwis.pl
- Regulations - these regulations for purchasing tickets on the Website.
- Ticket Agent - Ticket Service Kurzawa Pawlicki Stefański Spółka Jawna with its residence in Ostrów Wielkopolski, ul. Poznańska 72 entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Poznań, Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000887710, NIP: 6222834393, REGON: 388351457.
- User - a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law grants legal capacity - using or intending to use the functionalities available on the website www.biletserwis.pl (each user of the Website).
- Customer - any entity concluding a contract via the Website.
- Customer account - an individual user panel of the Website, enabling the User to access functionalities within the Website.
- Registration form - a form available on the Website that allows you to create an Account.
- Search Engine - Website functionality, available to all Users on the Website, enabling searching for Events posted on the Website.
- Shopping Cart - an element of the Website's software, enabling the User to select and purchase Products under a given Order.
- Order - the Customer's declaration of intent submitted via the Order Form, aimed directly at the conclusion of the Product Sales Agreement or Products with the Ticket agent.
- Order form - an interactive form available on the Website that allows you to place an Order, in particular by adding Products to the Shopping Cart and defining the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.
- Event - a concert, performance, spectacle, artistic performance, sports event or other cultural event.
- Organizer - an entity separate from the Ticket Agent, conducting professional activities in the organization of Events.
- Ticket - a document entitling the Customer to participate in the Event.
- Voucher, Gift Card - a document with a specific value entitling the Customer to exchange it for a Ticket with a value not higher than the value of the Ticket.
- Product - Tickets, Gift Cards and Vouchers available on the Website that are the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Ticket Agent.
- Sales Agreement - a Product sales agreement concluded via the Website.
- Cookies - IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device, through which the User uses the Website, which allow for its subsequent identification in the event of re-using the Website from the device (e.g. computer, telephone), on which they were saved.
- Payment operator - an internet platform that enables electronic payments for purchased Products. The entity responsible for the internet platform is: PayU S.A. ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, PayPro S.A ul. Kancelarska 15, 60-327 Poznań
- Technical Requirements
- In order to use the Website, it is necessary to meet the following technical conditions:
- PC or tablet or phone;
- Internet access with a total bandwidth of min. 10 Mb / s;
- Microsoft Windows operating system, version 7 or newer or other providing the indicated functionalities;
- Chrome 54+ or Microsoft Internet Explorer 11+ or Mozilla Firefox 50+ or Safari 10+ web browser with Java Script support and Sun Java JRE 1.5.0 or newer plug-in installed;
- PDF viewer installed (Acrobat Reader 8.x or later);
- cookies enabled;
- having an active and properly configured e-mail account.
- The Website uses cookies that are stored in the Customer's IT system. These files are used for technical purposes for the proper use of the functionality of the Website. Using the Website with cookies enabled means that you accept them.
- In order to use the Website, it is necessary to meet the following technical conditions:
- General provisions
- The Regulations define the terms and conditions for the purchase of Products by Customers from the Ticket Agent, the use of the Website and determine the rights and obligations of Users and the Ticket Agent.
- These Regulations define in particular
- the types and scope of services and functionalities available as part of the use of the Website;
- terms of use of the Website;
- rules of using the Website;
- These Regulations are independent of the regulations of the Organizer implementing a given Event and its provisions do not constitute the regulations of this Event.
- Using the Website is voluntary.
- The use of the Website is free of charge, except for the functionality and Products marked as paid.
- The primary purpose of the Website is the sale of Products to customers.
- The basic use of the Website is to view its subpages, content, data, summaries and graphic materials in a web browser.
- Each time when purchasing a Product, the Customer is obliged to exercise due diligence. Providing incorrect data necessary for its identification and making the purchase may result in the payment not being posted and the sale being canceled.
- It is forbidden to use the Website in a manner inconsistent with its basic use and for purposes inconsistent with its intended use.
- It is forbidden to use the Website for purposes inconsistent with the law in force in Poland.
- Any discrepancies in the substantive content of the presented Products in relation to the reality do not constitute grounds for claims against the Ticket Agent.
- The ticket agent is not responsible for any disruptions or interruptions in the functioning of the Website, including in particular those caused by force majeure, unlawful actions of third parties or incompatibility of the Website with the User's technical infrastructure.
- Viewing Products on the Website does not require an Account. Placing orders by the User is possible after creating an Account in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the Regulations.
- Product prices are given in Polish zlotys and are gross prices.
- An additional service fee may be added to the prices of the Products, about which the Customer will be informed before making the purchase.
- The data on money transfers provided by the User in order to conclude the Sales Agreement, in particular the User's bank account number and the User's e-mail address, will be made available only to the payment operator. Above the data will be stored by the Ticket Broker without time limits, with due diligence and good security practices, and meeting all privacy requirements, in particular with regard to the provisions of the GDPR.
- The ticket broker uses cookies in accordance with the specific cookie policy and manages personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
- The ticket broker is the administrator of personal data processed on the Website in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. Personal data is processed for the purposes, scope and based on the grounds and principles set out in the privacy policy published on the Website. The privacy policy contains in particular the rules regarding the processing of personal data by the administrator on the Website, including the grounds, purposes and scope of personal data processing and the rights of data subjects, as well as information on the use of cookies and analytical tools on the Website. Using the Website is voluntary. Similarly, the provision of personal data by the user of the Website is voluntary, subject to the exceptions indicated in the Privacy Policy.
- Copyright
- Copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Website as a whole and its individual elements, including materials, content, graphics, works, designs and signs available within it belong to the Ticket Agent or other authorized third parties and are protected by copyright and other provisions of generally applicable law. The protection granted to the Website covers all forms of their expression. It is forbidden to copy, distribute and use the content, materials and their elements contained in the Website outside the Website.
- Publishing and using all or part of the content presented on the Website requires the consent of the Ticket Agent.
- Using the website
- Viewing the content posted on the Website does not require registration.
- Using the full functionality of the Website and access to all its content requires the creation of a User Account.
- Creating an Account requires filling in the Registration Form by providing all the necessary data, in particular an e-mail address and creating a password.
- Creating an Account on the Website is free of charge.
- Each login to the Account on the Website is done by entering the login and password provided during registration.
- The User may at any time, without giving a reason and without incurring any fees, delete the Account by sending an appropriate request to the Ticket Agent, in particular via e-mail or in writing to the addresses provided in § 1.
- Rules for placing orders
- To place the order:
- select a Product for a specific Event by selecting its category, type, place and number. The User may purchase a maximum of 6 (six) tickets in one order, unless the organizer reserves a different amount;
- after selecting the Product that is the subject of the Order, click the "next" button;
- log in to the individual User Account (if the user is not logged in), complete the required data and accept the regulations;
- click the "Order and pay" fields and confirm the Order by selecting the Product delivery method;
- choose one of the available payment methods and, depending on the method of payment, pay for the order within a specified period.
- With regard to the selected Tickets, by selecting and clicking the "Order and pay" field, the Customer expresses the will to conclude a Sales Agreement and books a Ticket for the selected Event together with the obligation to pay.
- With regard to selected Vouchers, by selecting and clicking the "Order and pay" field, the Customer expresses the will to conclude a Sales Agreement and reserves the Voucher authorizing its subsequent exchange for the selected Ticket, along with the obligation to pay.
- A customer wishing to receive a VAT invoice must provide data for its issue. The invoice will be issued after paying for the order and sent to the customer to the e-mail address provided in the form of a PDF document within 30 days from the notification of the willingness to receive it.
- Orders for groups are processed separately by way of an e-mail order sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. Group orders must contain the category, type and number of Tickets.
- The purchase of a Gift Card is made separately by way of an e-mail order made to the following address: e-mail: [email protected]
- To place the order:
- Exchange of tickets / Change of data on the tickets
- The change of personal data / covid statements on the tickets can be done once per one order, not later than 21 days before the scheduled date of the event, for which the tickets were bought.
- The change of data can be done only by the Customer, who bought the ticket.
- The fee for changing the data is 30 PLN per ticket plus the shipping cost (one-time cost for one order)

- Conclusions of the sales agreement
- The conclusion of the Sales Agreement takes place after the Customer has placed an Order using the Order Form on the Internet Portal in accordance with § 7 of the Regulations.
- After placing the Order, the Ticket Agent immediately confirms its receipt and at the same time accepts the Order for execution. Confirmation of receipt of the Order and its acceptance for implementation takes place by sending the Customer an appropriate e-mail to the Customer's e-mail address provided when placing the Order. The confirmation contains at least the Ticket Agent's declaration of receipt of the Order and its acceptance for execution, as well as confirmation of the conclusion of the Sale Agreement.
- The order can be paid for via the payment operator. The customer will be redirected to the website of this platform, which will enable the payment.
- Regardless of the chosen method of paying for the Order, after receiving information about its payment and posting, the Customer will receive an appropriate confirmation by e-mail.
- After receiving the payment, the tickets will be sent in the form chosen by the customer.
- Products
- By purchasing a Ticket, Gift Card or exchanging a Voucher for a Ticket, you accept the terms and conditions of participation in the Event.
- The Ticket Agent or the Organizer may introduce quantitative restrictions to the number of Tickets purchased by the Customer or via a given payment card within one Order for a given Event. Setting up additional User accounts in order to bypass the above-mentioned writing is forbidden. Tickets purchased in excess of the quantity limits may be canceled.
- A single Ticket entitles one person to participate in the Event at the indicated place. The Ticket may not be damaged, torn, faded or damaged in any other way that would prevent proper verification of eligibility to participate in the Event.
- The ticket entitles you to enter the Event once and cannot be used again.
- It is permissible to sell tickets for seats with restrictions affecting participation in the Event, in particular with limited visibility.
- It is allowed to sell tickets with an age restriction for participation in the event.
- Information on the limitations indicated in point 5 and 6 above will be placed for viewing by the user before placing the order.
- The number of tickets available for the event and its price depend on the Organizer's decision and may change during the sale.
- In the case of special circumstances, the Ticket Agent or the Organizer reserve the right to change the Customer's seat specified on the ticket.
- The product can not be copied, photocopied, scanned or reproduced in any other way-in which case both the product and its reproductions are invalid.
- The Ticket Agent is not responsible for the loss or theft of products.
- Duplicates of products are issued at the discretion of the Ticket Agent after prior consultation with the Organizer after each consideration of the relevant application given by the Customer.
- The Customer is obliged to verify the correctness of the received product with the order. In the case of non-compliance, the Customer is obliged to immediately report this fact to the Ticket Agent under pain of losing the possibility of participating in the event or exchanging the voucher for a ticket.
- Purchasing for the purpose of resale for a profit or selling tickets for artistic, entertainment or sports events or selling them at a profit is a violation of Article 133 of the Code of Petty Offenses and it is prohibited.
- Delivery of products
- Depending on the chosen method of delivery, the purchased product will be sent by the Ticket Agent in the form of a PDF document via email to the Customer's email address within the time specified in its description or send via the selected shipping company to the address provided by the Customer.
- The Ticket Agent is not responsible for the consequences of providing an incorrect email address by the Customer.
- Tickets sent by the shipping company to the order address provided by the Customer are sent according to the order in which the orders are placed. The maximum tickets delivery time by the shipping company takes up to 14 days. In the case of collector tickets, it may be extended to 30 days. The Ticket Agent is not responsible for the consequences of providing an incorrect delivery address by the Customer.
- Ticket delivery rules also apply to the delivery of Vouchers and Gift Cards.
- Tickets return
- This paragraph of the statute applies only if the event has been canceled, moved or if the Organizer stipulates otherwise.
- Regardless of the reason for returning the tickets, the Ticket Agent will only act as an intermediary in the return procedure between the Customer and the Organizer.
- In the event of a return of the Ticket, the Ticket Agent will be obliged to refund the Customer the price paid for the ticket and the service fee in the event and to the extent of the amounts received for this purpose by the Ticket Agent from the Organizer. The costs of shipping tickets to the Customer are not refundable.
- If the Ticket Agent receives reliable information from the Organizer about the cancellation of the event or change of its date or time, the Ticket Agent will take the necessary steps to provide the customer with such information as soon as possible.
- In case of the event cancellation, tickets will be refunded via email. The customer who would like to make a return has to send the relevant information along with the required documents (proof of purchase and tickets) to the email address of the Ticket Agent. After receiving the required information, the Ticket Agent will refund the funds to the bank account or payment card from which the payment was made. Refunds will be made within 30 business days from the date of receiving the information about the return.
- The Ticket Agent reserves the right to refuse to refund the purchased Tickets, if the Customer, contrary to the obligation imposed by the Organizer, does not present a certificate confirming before entering the Event: (1) full vaccination with the COVID-19 vaccine or (2) the status recovering from a COVID-19 virus infection, or (3) a negative COVID-19 virus test performed within 48 hours of the Event's start time.
- The Ticket Agent will be able to refuse to refund the funds for the purchased Tickets in the manner specified in § 11 point 6 if the obligation to present the above-mentioned certificate will result from the act, regulation, act of local law or other legal regulation established by state or local authorities.
- When purchasing tickets with a selected delivery option by a shipping company, to obtain a refund, it is necessary to provide the returned tickets and proof of purchase to the following email address: [email protected].
- Responsibility
- The Organizer is responsible for:
- program, cancellation, change of date, relocation and other issues relating to the event;
- price, sale, return, exchange and other issues relating to the sale of tickets for the event;
- change of a place specified on the ticket, refusal of entry, order people to leave the event and other issues relating to participation in the event.
- The Organizer will make the regulations available to its participants concerning each event.
- The Ticket Agent is only a distributor of tickets for events carried out by the Organizer and it is not responsible for any disputes that may arise regarding the sale system.
- The Ticket Agent is not responsible for the Organizer's decisions in the scope indicated in point 1 above and specified in the rules of the Event.
- All complaints related to the event are considered by the Organizer. In certain cases, the Ticket Agent may only mediate in the complaint procedure.
- The Organizer is responsible for:
- Withdrawal from the sale agreement
- This paragraph of the Regulations applies only to Customers who are consumers.
- With regard to the purchase of tickets, the Customer concludes the contract via the Website-outside the company's premises or remotely-in accordance with Article 38 point 12 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), there is no right to withdraw from the contract referred to in Article 27 of the Act on consumer rights.
- With regard to the purchase of vouchers, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Within 14 days of receiving the Voucher, the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 [1] of the Act-Civil Code, may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons by notifying the Ticket Agent to the company's address or to the e-mail address [email protected]
- The customer is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date on which customer rescinded the contract, return the voucher to the Ticket Agent. The customer should return the product to the Ticket Service Address, Poznańska 72, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the Voucher.
- Customer service and complaints related to the functioning of website
- The Ticket Agent takes steps to ensure that the Website is fully operational, to the extent that it results from current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by users within a reasonable time.
- The user is obliged to immediately notify the Ticket Agent about any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Website.
- Irregularities related to the Website functioning and other issues related to customer service, including complaints related to the purchase of the product, may be reported in writing to the following address: Bilet Serwis, Poznańska 72, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski, or by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
- In the complaint, the user should provide his name and surname, correspondence address as well as the type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Website.
- The Ticket Agent undertakes to consider each complaint within 30 days, and if it is not possible, to inform the user within this period when the complaint will be considered.
- Personal data

- Customers' personal data provided in connection with the use of the Website, the account creation and the products purchase, will be processed for the following purposes: maintaining the created account, handling the purchase of tickets, pursuing claims and damages, conducting marketing activities, selling products related to the conducted business activity, including for the purposes of conducting analyzes and statistics, answering letters and applications and answering pending proceedings, carrying out activities related to ensuring the security of archiving, fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the Bilet Serwis Kurzawa Pawlicki Stefański Spółka Jawna.
- The legal basis for the processing of customers' data will be: consent granted, a necessity to perform the contract or to take action at the request of the customer before concluding the contract, necessity to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator, a necessity for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, e.g. responses to letters and requests of customers.
- Customer data may be transferred to the following entities: processors in regard to manage orders in Bilet Serwis, activities carried out on behalf of the Bilet Serwis, an entity authorized by law, control and supervisory entities, enforcement authorities, courier companies that deliver products to clients, law offices, which whom Bilet Serwis will commission the proceedings. Customer data may be transferred to third parties in connection with activities carried out on social networks, the creation of profiles using Google Analytics, and sending information emails.
- During the SARS-CoV-2 virus epidemic, clients' personal data may be transferred to event organizers in order to be made available to the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and security services to enable contact with event participants after its end. The transfer of customers' personal data is to facilitate the epidemiological investigation by the sanitary services in the event of discovering that an infected person participated in a particular event.
- The period of processing the customers' personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which personal data will be stored is calculated on the basis of the following criteria: legal provisions that may oblige Bilet Serwis to process data for a specified period of time, the period necessary to defend the interests of Bilet Serwis, the period for which consent was granted.
- The user and the customer have the right to: request access to their personal data regarding the rectification of their data, request supplementing incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement, deleting their data or limiting their processing, objecting to further processing of their personal data, transfer of their personal data.
- The user and the customer have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing, which was carried out on the basis of the consent granted before its withdrawal. The consent is withdrawn, for example, by changing the browser settings.
- In case of doubts to the correctness of personal data processing by Bilet Serwis, customers have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
- Bilet Serwis use systems for automated decision making. The following decisions are made in an automated manner: profiling is performed based on the data held, in particular such as: data on the services provided, transmission data, location data, information obtained using cookie files. This information will be used to construct offers tailored to the needs of customers, in particular preferences, place of stay, interests, previous purchases.
- All correspondence related to the processing of personal data should be sent to the administrator's address with the note "Personal data".
- Final provisions
- Regulations enter into force on 04.05.2021.
- The Ticket Agent reserves the right to amend these Regulations for legal or organizational reasons. Each user will be informed about the content change via the Service, by placing an information message on the amendment to the Regulations on the Website and maintaining this information on the Website for a period of at least 14 calendar days. The changes come into force on the date provided with the information about the change in the Regulations.
- These Regulations are available free of charge on the Ticket Agent's website, at the email address www.biletserwis.pl and in the Ticket Agent’s office. Users can access these Regulations at any time via the link on the homepage on the Website, download it and print it out.
- The Ticket Agent is entitled to a temporary interruption in the operation of the Website for technical reasons and shall not be liable to users or customers for reasons attributable to third parties (including telecommunications network operators) or due to force majeure.
- Recognition of any provision of the Regulations or its part as invalid or unenforceable, does not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the Regulations.
- These Regulations have been drawn up in accordance with Polish law and only this law should be applied to its interpretation, in particular in cases not covered by these Regulations, as well as in the event of a dispute relating to the provisions of these Regulations.
- Settlement of any disputes arising from the application of these Regulations shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the Ticket Agent.
